our goal is to provide filipino inspired adobo in a seasonal and sustainable way, and doing it with the ingredients that we enjoy using and eating!
q: what is adobo?
adobo (Tagalog: adobong) is the name of a popular dish and cooking process in philippine cuisine that involves meat or seafood, marinated in a sauce of vinegar and garlic, browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade.

yes! we provide vegetarian options as listed on the menu, please let us know any special dietary needs or allergies you may have.

at Smorgasburg in brooklyn, NY every saturday in williamsburg & sunday in DUMBO 11am-6pm or until sold out. smorgasburg will continue to run every weekend until sunday, november 18th this year. it will re-open again next season in april 2013.
